Web3 Hong Kong Festival Continued Engagements

During the Hong Kong Web3 Festival, Ambassador Alexandru Cujba participated in several specialized events, engaging with stakeholders from diverse industries and exploring new avenues for collaboration in the Web3 and metaverse ecosystems.

Ambassador Cujba took part in the official side forum of the Festival, “2023: What Are the Opportunities in the Metaverse,” hosted by BitMart and MetaEra. The event convened more than 50 distinguished speakers representing over 30 industrial sectors from more than 10 countries. Through keynote presentations and panel discussions, participants highlighted the latest trends and applications of the metaverse and examined emerging opportunities to advance blockchain innovation and metaverse-driven transformation.

On the margins of the Forum, the President of Blockchain Alliance International (BAI) met with several industry leaders, including Mr. Jianping Kong, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Nano Labs Ltd; Mr. Marvin Kong, Senior Vice President of Nano Labs and Chief Scientist of iPollo; and Mr. Sheldon Xia, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BitMart. The discussions focused on the benefits and challenges of Web3 and the metaverse, as well as opportunities for individuals and businesses to engage with these emerging technologies. The parties agreed to maintain close communication and explore potential avenues for future collaboration.
